  • The Iowa Conservation Education Council provides training on a wide variety of outdoor and environmetal programs through which you can receive graduate credit, they have a newsletter for members and they provide a voice for conservation education in the state. Write the Iowa Conservation Education Council Conservation Education Center, 2473 160th Road, Guthrie Center, IA 50115 or phone 641-747-8383.
  • Iowa DNR IOWATER Program is doing stream water quality testing. Volunteers can receive training in this testing which can then become another learning experience for your kids.
  • Iowa County Conservation Boards have staff that may assist or other resources.
