All Across the Nation...Financial Education...for a New Generation! The all new NEFE High School Financial Planning Program educates teens about sound money management skills. The materials are free to educators, parents, and students.

HSFPP takes about 16 hours to teach in the classroom. Smaller sections of the program can be successfully taught. The seven units of the High School Financial Planning Program include:

  1. Your Financial Plan: Where It All Begins
  2. Budgeting: Making the Most of your Money
  3. Investing: Making Money Work for You
  4. Good Debt, Bad Debt: Using Credit Wisely
  5. Your Money: Keeping It Safe and Secure
  6. Insurance: Protecting What You Have
  7. Your Career: Doing What Matters Most

HSFPP includes a student guide, instructor's manual, supplementary CD, and presentation visuals.  Order your materials on-line at http://hsfpp.nefe.org. Learn more about the program in the Iowa H$FPP newsletter   (pdf).

Accompanying the new program is a web portal - located at http://hsfpp.nefe.org - offering frequently updated information, interactive games for students, teaching tools for instructors, and tips for parents.
