Follow the instruction and fill out the form completely. Partially completed forms will not be processed. You will be asked your preference for receiving the analysis (e-mail, regular mail, or by phone). You must select one.
You also will be able to request a visit with an Iowa State University Extension counselor to discuss your situation further.
Fill out the on-line form with your most recent information available. You may include any loans you wish (credit cards, car, student loans, consolidation loans, home equity, mortgages, etc.). You will be asked for four pieces of information for each debt:
- creditor
- balance
- monthly payment
- interest rate
