Title: CIRAS Account Manager Area of Expertise: Joe brings to CIRAS 20 years of management experience gained in positions ranging from Manufacturing Engineer through Vice President Manufacturing. Joe later formed and ran a consulting company for 15 years. Joe has also taught graduate and undergraduate courses in operations management and conducted workshops for SAE and two year technical colleges in Wisconsin. Prior to joining CIRAS Joe was Professor and Chairman of the Rader School of Business at the Milwaukee School of Engineering. Joe is a Professional Engineer and is certified by APICS in production and operations management, CPIM.
