Livewire Council Visits Traditions Assisted Living

Members of the Fayette County Livewire Council assisted the residents at Traditions Assisted Living in West Union by carving jack-o-lanterns which were used as decorations to prepare for Halloween.

The 4-H & FFA Market Beef Weigh-in will be held on Saturday, December 19 from 8-11 am in the round barn at the Fayette County Fairgrounds.

4-H Project Workshop

Saturday, November 28 members of the County 4-H Council and adult volunteers will hold a Project Workshop for youth 4th grade and older. You do not need to be in 4-H to join the fun so invite a friend!

Citizenship Club Meeting

2009 Awards Program

The Fayette County annual 4-H Awards Program will be held on November 15 beginning at 2 p.m. at the Maynard Community Hall. Awards will be distributed from the October 1, 2008 through September 30, 2009 4-H year. Ice cream sundaes will be served following the program.

Leaders Meeting Set For November 9

All organizational and general leaders are invited to a meeting on Monday, November 9 beginning at 7:30 p.m. at the Fayette County Extension Office. Volunteers will gain knowledge and skills on how to encourage family involvement in 4-H.
