Interested in learning how to create your own seasonal wreath for the upcoming fall holidays?  The Iowa State University Extension and Outreach office in Fayette is offering a workshop for you to do that and take home the finished product to display or share with others.

The workshop will be held on Saturday, November 14 from 9:30-11 am at their new office at 218 South Main Street in Fayette.

PFI's two-year Savings Incentive Program works by encouraging beginning farmers to save $100/month for two years. After 24 months and completion of all program requirements, participants will receive a dollar-for-dollar match on money saved up to $2400, for a possible $4800 to use toward the purchase of a farm asset.

A workshop for professional advisors including estate planning attorneys, financial planners, trust officers, public accountants and others who advise on financial planning and charitable giving, will be conducted at the Wilder Business Center on the Northeast Iowa Community College (NICC), Calmar Campus on Thursday, October 29.
