Nutrition Education - EFNEP, FNP & Loving Your Family-IA
Families find it challenging to choose and prepare healthy foods within a limited budget. The Expanded Food and Nutrition Education Program (EFNEP), Family Nutrition Program (FNP), and Loving Your Family-Iowa help families learn to make informed choices about low-cost, nutritious foods; to better manage family finances; and to become more self-sufficient.
Food Assistance Outreach
The Food Assistance Outreach Project focuses on helping low-income Iowa families become aware of and access Food Assistance to help them purchase food for good health.
