A strategic planning committee was formed consisting of: 5 council members, 5 county directors, 5 bookkeepers, 1 area director, 1 outside bookkeeper, Cal Johannes, Shirley Jean Woodward and Laurie Gustafson.
The strategic planning committee defined the specifications for a new accounting system.
ISU Purchasing bid the software based upon the defined specifications.
Vendors that met the bid specifications gave a demonstration to the strategic planning committee and the ISU Purchasing Agent.
