Provide fiscal assistance to the Program Directors, Area Directors and County Directors

Manage the Partnership Share Agreement with all 100 County districts

Manage and approve personnel actions for all ISU Extension employees

Manage the ISU Extension Federal Employee Programs: CSRS, FERS, TSP & FEGLI

Manage the implementation of Cougar Mountain, a new accounting software for all 100 County districts

Manage ISU Extension grants and contracts including budgeting and post award financial reporting
