Promotional, Marketing, and Other Templates
These promotional and marketing templates are available for ISU Extension county and field staff to customize for local use. They are basic level templates that you may use as is or make more elaborate as appropriate for your needs. Their appearance may vary depending upon your version of the software and an individual's computer settings. Please adjust the templates as necessary. (It’s a good idea to print a proof copy of your document on plain paper before printing to the EDC masters or to your own “final” printing stock. The EDC items listed below are available from Extension Distribution Center.)

You may
want to use this sample
script to introduce yourself and your presentation and to promote
additional Extension programs.
Microsoft Word templates**
Copy these templates to your hard drive, then rename them as you use
them for particular projects.
County
Mailing Enclosure. Please use this template
to create your county mailing enclosure. (Updated December 2004, MS
Word,
1 page) There are three versions from which
to choose. You will need to pick a style, then copy and paste it into all
three columns. You can print
it on plain paper or on the red bar brochure insert master (three up),
EDC 0251. If you choose to use the red bar paper, you will need to open
the file and do the following:
1. Delete the Extension wordmark at the top of each column.
2. Change the left margin to .6 inches.
3. Go to format, columns: Under width and spacing, change the spacing
to .6 inches.
You can use the back side of the enclosure to promote local programs,
publications, etc., or to share impact information.

DO NOT USE IT for letters. Continue
to use official ISU Extension stationery.)
