County Stakeholder Reports - Due Oct. 1, 2008
Stakeholder reports are a marketing tool showcasing significant impacts that ISU Extension has made in a county during the past year. These reports are snapshot versions of the work staff members report in other organizational annual reporting (success stories, activity reports, impact statements, evaluations, etc.).
Target audiences for these reports include community leaders, governmental officials, partners and legislators.
CEEDs are to send copies of their stakeholder reports to:
- 5 copies to Mark Settle, Director, Communications & External Relations, Extension 4-H Building, Ames, Iowa 50011-3630. (These copies will be distributed to Jack Payne, Mary Holz-Clause, Extension Communications and External Relations, the President, and the Provost.)
- 25 copies to your area director. Area directors intend to bind the reports and send a set to each county for CEED and FS reference.
- Send your area director a summary of your plans to use the report. (This is also due Oct. 1.)
Complete 2008 year-end program reporting instructions are available at https://www.extension.iastate.edu/planofwork/instructions.html.
