Campaign Background

The ten urban county extension education directors and a team of extension administrators and communicators set a recruiting-for-4-H campaign as the first effort in an urban marketing campaign. The materials and ideas are appropriate for all audiences, however, because the lines between urban and rural blur more each day. The goal is to veer away from featuring traditional farm animals and crops.
