Want to learn the fine art of canning, freezing and drying fruits and vegetables?  Iowa State University Extension and Outreach is offering a program that will benefit both beginning and experienced preservers.  Food Preservation 101 will be held Thursday, September 4 from 6:30 to 8 p.m. at the Estherville Public Library.
