Iowa State University Extension

Partners

EFNEP and FNP are partners with many federal, state, and local agencies that serve low-income families. Some examples include: Food Stamp offices, WIC sites, Head Start, and Social Service programs.

ISU Extension's nutrition education programs, EFNEP and FNP, provide a series of adult classes that show participants how to:

  • choose nutritious foods
  • stretch their food dollars
  • handle food safely.
