Brittany works to maximize the potential for community-based, economically sustainable, and environmentally and socially responsible food enterprises by facilitating partnerships in Dubuque, Delaware, Jones, Jackson, Cedar and Clinton counties.  Groups involved with the project include Limestone Bluffs RC&D, Buy Fresh, Buy Local-Riverbend, and Dubuque Eats Well RFSWG.

Additional Biographical Information: 

Brittany has nearly six years of experience in agriculture, marketing and management in both government agencies and private businesses. She has worked in many areas of the food system, including; food production at a CSA farm, management of a farmers’ market and trainer at a restaurant.  She holds a B.S. in Agricultural Sciences from the University of Wisconsin.
