Small Steps to Health and Wealth
Health problems and high debt usually develop gradually. This program, developed by Rutgers University Cooperative Extension Service, motivates and helps YOU get started to improve both your health and finances by identifying small progress steps.
Similarities between health and personal finance issues are shared, along with specific behavior change strategies, to help you reach your goals that can be applied to either area of your life.
This program is co-taught by Susan Taylor, Family Finance Specialist, and Cindy Baumgartner, Nutrition and Health Specialist.
Class format offerings include:
- two, 2-hour face-to-face sessions
- four, 1-hour online* sessions OR
- a combination of both
*Online option would be available anytime, anywhere, from any computer with internet access.
FEE: $20 per person for online, face-to-face, or "combination" course
