The Dubuque County Extension Council named Dr. Larry Tranel as Dubuque County Extension Education Director (30% time). Dr. Tranel will remain as NE/SE Iowa Dairy Field Specialist (70% time).
Dr. Tranel has served the dual role in 9 of his 10 years working for the University of Wisconsin-Extension in Iowa County. Larry has also served as interim director of Dubuque County Extension on two previous occasions.
