This workshop is designed for representatives of non-profits, local government, and school districts. Participants are asked to bring a laptop, iPad or tablet device, if possible. Training is from 1-4 PM at the Extension Office in Spirit Lake. Cost is $25 per person and registrations are due May 31. Join us June 9th from 9-12 PM at the Expo Center in Spirit Lake. We’ll hear Spirit Lake Police Chief Jeff Hanson talk about the safe way to ride a bike with busy traffic. The Okoboji Expedition Company will join us to check our bikes and helmets to make sure they are working well and fitted properly. Be sure to bring your bike and helmet! Get your team together and join the fun! The Lloyd Victors 4-H Club is sponsoring a Human Foosball Tournament from 4:30 - 7:00 p.m. on Saturday, July 16th during the Dickinson County Fair. 5K Announcement

The Dickinson County Youth Council is sponoring a 5K Glow Walk/Run on Sunday, July 17th at 8:30 p.m. at the fairgrounds in Spirit Lake. Cost is $10 if pre-registered by July 1st or $15 if later. T-shirts, glow sticks, and water guaranteed for all pre-registered. Prizes for each age division. Bring the family & friends and have some fun!
