MaxYield Cooperative presented Dickinson Country Extension and Outreach with a contribution of $4,870  that will help support youth enrollment and participation in 4-H programs. Dickinson County has the second largest 4-H enrollment in the state with 487 members, second only to Polk County.

In a statewide needs assessment survey conducted by Iowa State University Extension and Outreach at the end of 2013, Iowans identified priority community needs that ISU Extension and Outreach should address with educational efforts.
