The first case of avian influenza in Iowa has been confirmed this week. ISU's Vet Diagnostic Lab has provided information and fact sheets on the disease and instructions for submitting samples.

Des Moines County Master Gardeners Annual Plant Sale will be held Saturday, May 2, 2015 from 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM at the Troute Farm south of Burlington. Demonstrations by Master Gardeners.  Wide variety of  Perennials, Annuals and Vegetables, Garden Accessories, Door Prizes and refreshments!
