The Livestock Identification form is used to identify and record all 4-H or FFA project animals, regardless of whether they will be shown at a fair. Livestock Identification forms must be received in the Extension office by 4:30 p.m. on May 15.

The Fair Entry form lists all the classes that the exhibitor plans to enter in the county fair.
