ServSafe® Training Offered to Food Service Professionals

Iowa State University Extension is offering several ServSafe® classes for food service professionals. ServSafe® training will provide knowledge every food service provider must know about food hazards and proper food handling practices in order to keep food safe and protect the establishment against the costly nightmare of a foodborne-illness outbreak. ServSafe® is recognized by more federal, state and local health jurisdictions than any other food safety training program in the United States.
