Decatur County Extension is your local front door to Iowa State University. We bring the resources of Iowa State University Extension and the Land Grant System to our residents.

Members of our County Extension Council (sidebar at the right) are publicly elected officials whose responsibility it is to provide for the local county Extension office, its maintenance and staffing, and work in a partnership relationship with ISU Extension to provide programming which helps meet the needs, and address issues and concerns of local citizens.
