Coach Dad
Kids benefit when Dad knows their friends and their friends' parents. One of the best ways to do this is to help coach your child's team. Invite another parent or two to help out. Together teach good sportsmanship by example, by stopping any "trash talk" and by offering encouraging words to all players - on your team and opponents.

Peak Performance
Active teens look to their fathers for good advice. Help them keep their bodies strong and healthy during their favorite sports season. Sign up for lessons or a league together. Workout together.

Food, Fitness and Fathers
Dads & kids can get healthy and fit together. Pack a picnic lunch for the weekend and set up yard games for all the neighbor kids and their parents. Have fun making these great healthy snacks with your children!
