Project Electronic Portfolio Evaluation

Iowa CYFAR project staff chose to utilize portfolio evaluation in addition to other evaluation methods to capture a more complete picture of the state and community-based projects.

The Guide has been revised and updated to reflect changes within the CYFAR Program and CYFERnet. The revised edition includes various web sites to assist users in evaluation of their community-based programs. In addition, a new evaluation template has been incorporated.

University of Wisconsin

United Way of America Outcome Measurement Resource Network
The Resource Network offers information, downloadable documents, and links to resources related to the identification and measurement of program- and community-level outcomes. All the United Way of America outcomes measurement publications are available to the public.

The Families and Work Institute Community
Families and Work Institute (FWI) is a nonprofit center for research that provides data to inform decision-making on the changing workforce, changing family and changing community.

The Evaluation Exchange
The Evaluation Exchange, from the Harvard Family Research Project, is a quarterly periodical on new lessons and emerging strategies for evaluating programs and policies, particularly those focused on children, families, and communities. Since it was launched over 10 years ago, The Evaluation Exchange has become an internationally known and significant force in helping to shape evaluation knowledge and practice.

American Evaluation Association
The American Evaluation Association is an international professional association of evaluators devoted to the application and exploration of program evaluation, personnel evaluation, technology, and many other forms of evaluation.
