Orientation

The Better Kid Care New Staff Orientation
(NSO) curriculum takes orientation training to a whole new
level. It provides highly effective training that can be
offered on-site at the child care center with the support
and supervision of the center director.
The curriculum was developed with significant input from
experienced center directors. High quality video tapes demonstrating
best practice and a workbook designed to reinforce learning
are important components. |

Participate in this national training opportunity
to learn more about an exciting new curriculum developed by Penn
State University that is receiving rave reviews from child care
center directors and staff.
The first New Staff Orientation training took place
on the Web in an interactive meeting using Breeze technology provided
by Iowa State University Extension. Learn more about how you can
implement this curriculum within your state or local community
by participating in this interactive training. Or you may by view

by the CYFERnet Early Childhood Editorial Board.
