Can you use a generic job description and evaluation for everyone in your organization that says “duties as assigned?  How are job descriptions and employee evaluations tied together?  Should they be?  This session will discuss the minimum job descriptions components and how it should be tied to the evaluation.  This session will also explain some of the legal hazards with job descriptions and evaluations.
