Session Description:

It really stands for Governmental Accounting Standards Board. With GASB Statement No. 54, each city is now examining the ending cash balances, how they are classified and how to document the Councils’ intent.  And there are other changes coming down the pike too.  This session will discuss these changes and review areas such as public funds and other Q & A about accounting and finance in Iowa.
