CED, League of Cities and DOM offers TIF Reporting Webinars
When the Iowa Legislature passed the new law, HF2460, the tax increment finance (TIF) reporting process changed significantly. These changes include additional TIF reporting requirements and a new Urban Renewal Report, due December 1, 2012.
The Iowa League of Cities, Iowa’s Department of Management (DOM) and Iowa State Extension Community and Economic Development offered two free webinars in the past month to guide city and county staff through the recent process changes. If you missed these webinars, check out the videos and handouts below.
Another session of the New Urban Renewal Report will take place Thursday, October 25 from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. Register for this webinar now. Handouts for this webinar will be the same as the October 11th handouts below.
