BA110MPI: Basics of a Personnel System

Course Description:

This workshop will provide a review and discussion of the practical side of a municipal personnel system. We will address such topics as recruitment and selection, employment interviews, employee discipline procedures, personnel files, job descriptions, FLSA, and sexual harassment. Ample time will be provided for questions from the participants, and questions are  strongly encouraged
