The Clinton County 4-H Endowment Committee will be holding a silent and live cake auction at the Clinton County 4-H Recognition Banquet on November 8 at 6:00pm at the Clinton County fairgrounds auditorium.  All proceeds raised will go towards the Clinton County 4-H Endowment fund. Last year we had a wonderful response for cakes from our 4-H clubs and local businesses, and the Endowment Committee chose the top five cakes to auction off live during the banquet. If you would like to support 4-H by donating a cake, please contact the Clinton County Extension Office at (563) 659-5125.  You may choose any appropriate theme that you wish, such as fall, 4-H, your business, etc. Please wrap your cake in Saran-wrap andinclude a note with the cake’s approximate value, flavor, and who it was donated by.  Cakes may be brought to the Clinton County Fairgrounds Auditorium on November 8 before 5:30pm or to the extension office on November 4, 5 or 6.  This is a great opportunity to show your support for 4-H youth development in Clinton County.
