ISU Extension to Families is excited to announce a new resource available to help people save money and eat healthy - Spend Smart Eat Smart.
The new Spend Smart Eat Smart interactive Web site went live today and is found at www.extension.iastate.edu/foodsavings. The site features dollar-saving tips, interactive activities, recipe videos, and blogs hosted by ISU Extension nutrition specialists. Visitors to the site will be able to figure their family’s cost of food at home, test their smart shopping skills, and compare meals prepared at home versus eating out.
