Clayton County 4-H’ers have published a 4-H Cookbook. The cookbook contains over 800 recipes from Clayton County 4-H members, alumni, and friends of 4-H. The book is available at $12. The Extension 4-H/Youth Committee put this book together as a fundraiser for county 4-H events and awards. The cookbooks are available from county 4-H clubs and at the Clayton County Extension Office in Elkader.
