The quality assurance program is designed to help 4-H animal and livestock project members understand their part in the production chain and ultimately produce a quality and safe food product.

FSQA Certification Requirements:
All 4-H Animal Exhibitors except Horse and Dog MUST have FSQA Certification.
2014 Iowa State Fair & Clay County Fair
Adults 20 and older must obtain certification through adult PQA or BQA training programs. Contact your veterinarian or commodity organization for more information.

June 9 – 6:00 PM – 4-H Auditorium @ the Fairgrounds

Test Out Option
Clay County 4-H members may set up appointments to take the FSQA test at the Clay County Extension Office. Simply call 262-2264 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to set up an appointment.
