Filmmaking Workshop Brings Professional Mentors to Students through 4-H and SMU Partnership

For the second year in a row ISU Extension Clay County has partnered with Spencer Municipal Utilities to put on a Filmmaking workshop.  The fun and educational class was taught by Eric Meeter, from SMU, and was offered to area youth in grades 4-12.
