Clay County 4-Hers Cook with Chef Brian at the CCREC

ISU Extension Clay County 4-H Youth Development Program partnered with Clay County Regional Events Center by bringing an afternoon of cooking to the area youth.  Executive Chef Brian Kosse brought the kitchen to life by teaching the youth about food safety,  chopping techniques as well as the basics of food preparation.  The youth were able to sample their food creations at the end of the day.  For more information about Clay County 4-H and the SpIn Program call 262-2264.
