Entry Information - Read pages 15-16 in the 2007-2009 4-H/FFA Clay County Fair Book for eligibility and entry information.
Clay County 4-H members - Entries must be verified by the club leader by August 5. Check with your 4-H club leader for your club entry deadline.
Clay County FFA members -Entries must be verified by the FFA advisor by August 5.  Check with your FFA advisor for your chapter entry deadline. 
District 4-H members - Entries must comply with the deadlines set by the county Extension office in which 4-H'ers hold membership. 4-H district entries must be verified and mailed via their County Extension Office.  District entries must arrive at the Clay County Extension Office by August 5. 
District FFA members - District FFA entries must be verified and mailed via their FFA advisor.  District entries must arrive at Spencer High School by August 5.  FFA entries must be made through FFA advisors and will not be accepted through county Extension offices.
