Can I use my boiling water canner for all my canning?  Can I use Grandma's recipes? Does altitude affect canning?  For answers to these questions and other food preservation questions plan to attend the Food Preservation 101 Lunch and Learn on Friday, May 24th at American State Bank, 1000 Jeffrey's Drive from noon - 1:00 pm!  Barbara Anderson, Family Nutrition and Health Program Specialist for Iowa State Extension and Outreach will be presenting this 1 hour course.
