Clarke County Extension is pleased to announce the 2015 Summer Day Camp lineup.  The camps provide youth with an opportunity to learn and grow in a fun, comfortable, and safe environment.  Sign up early as space is limited!  Programs were developed and coordinated by the 2015 Clarke County Extension AmeriCorps members Kristin Pollard, Katie Fuller, and Jennifer Brandt. Complete the registration and medical information/release form and return it to the Clarke County Extension Office, 154 W Jefferson, Osceola, IA 50213.  Camps are open to all on a first come first serve basis so sign up soon!

The Juntos program is being offered in Clarke County beginning in April.  The Juntos program helps Latino students be successful in school and discover paths to higher education.  This 6-session course meets every week for 2 1/4 hours.  Each class includes a meal and family-centered activities for 8th - 12th grade studens and their parents.  Register today!

It is hard to believe that it is time to get enrolled in Clarke County 4-H already.  Adventures await for all Clarke County Youth.  Kindergarten - 3rd Grade have a great Clover Kids program available while those grades 4th - 12th have traditional and specialized clubs available.  Members explore a wide variety of life skills including healthy living, the environment, citizenship, plants and animals, science and technology, and expressive arts through hands-on activites in a non-competitive environment.
