With the new message/bulletin board in the background, Chickasaw County Extension Chairman Larry Tupper presented a brass plaque to Big Four Fair Board President Dave Bucknell to help commemorate the ISU sesquicentennial. Those attending the dedication included: Chickasaw County Extension Council members, Annette Dietz, Susie Anderson and Larry Tupper, plus Big Four Fair Board members Dave Bucknell and Albert Hartman.
