What happens at a
Heartland Hospitality Workshop?
The workshop teaches business owners and managers the importance of hospitality.
Front-line employees are then taught quality customer service techniques.

Anyone who deals with customers.
The workshop will include materials and information for each participant to use after the workshop. A fee will be charged to cover the cost of materials and other expenses.
