From the west - Take exit 8a, the Iowa Events Center exit. Once on the exit ramp, stay to the left and follow it to 3rd Street. Turn south (right) on 3rd Street. Turn west (right) on Grand Avenue. Turn south (left) on 5th Street. Turn east (left) on Locust Avenue. Our office is in the Capital Square building at 400 Locust.
From the east - Take the 3rd Street exit. Go south on 3rd Street to Grand Avenue. Turn west (right) on Grand Avenue. Turn south (left) on 5th Street. Turn east (left) on Locust Street. Our office is in the Capital Square building at 400 Locust.
There is metered parking on the north and east sides of Capital Square. The meter rate is $1.10 per hour. There is a public parking ramp located at 4th and Grand.
