4H Record Keeping

You will need to use the following forms to complete your record keeping:
Picture Page - a new page each year for all members
Summary Page - a new page each year for all members
Junior Record Keeping - for members in 4th, 5th, and 6th grade - this should be completed for each project area you are keeping records on.
Junior Livestock Financial Form - for members in 4th, 5th, and 6th grade who are keeping records on a livestock project area.
Junior Non Livestock Financial Form - for members in 4th, 5th, and 6th grade who are keeping records on a non livestock project area.
Intermediate Record Keeping - for members in 7th and 8th grade.- this should be completed for each project area you are keeping records on.
Intermediate Livestock Financial Form - for members in 7th and 8th who are keeping records on a livestock project area.
Senior Record Keeping - for members in 9th, 10th, 11th and 12th grade - this should be completed for each project are you are keeping records on.
Senior Livestock Financial Form - for members in 9th, 10th, 11th and 12th grade who are keeping records on a livestock project area.

Intermediate and Senior Non Livestock Financial forms are part of the Record keeping forms.
Sample Summary Page - This will give you ideas on what could be included in each of the categories.
All members are asked to complete records on their projects and have them turned into the Extension Office by September 6, 2013 be be eligible for awards.
