CD-DIAL works with communities and organizations to define the best method for distribution of questionnaires. Most often, a community or organization requests assistance from CD-DIAL in distributing questionnaires by mail. In the event volunteers are chosen to distribute questionnaires, CD-DIAL can provide training to volunteers so that there is uniformity in the distribution process.
