Snow Winter Day Camp
Families, it’s cold outside! But the climate inside at winter day camps is wonderful! Give your campers the opportunity to gain friends and master skills by registering for one of two winter day camps. The camps are sponsored by the Cass County Conservation Board and Cass County Extension and Outreach.
Snow Camp is for children in third through fifth grade and will be Friday, February 14th in Griswold & Monday February 17th in Anita from 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM.
· Make your own snow
· Learn about animals in the winter
· Snowshoe Hike
These camps will be offered free of charge with pre-registration required. Snack is provided for both camps. Parents please pack your child a sack lunch and dress your child prepared to go outdoors for fun. A bus will be provided to transport youth from Atlantic to Griswold or Anita on the day of the camp. The bus will leave the Cass County Community Center at 8 AM the morning of the camp and return after 4:30 PM to the Cass County Community Center.
Registration deadline for this Winter Day Camp is February 7th. Call the Cass County Extension office at 243-1132 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to register your children. No registrations will be accepted after the registration deadline. Any youth not in 4-H will also need to fill out a medical release form to attend the camp. The form can be printed below. All camps are sponsored by the Cass County ISU Extension and Cass County Conservation Board.
