Nine Cass County 4-H'ers were installed onto the 2009 4-H Youth Council at County Convention on Sunday, October 14th.

The Cass County Youth Council is made up of 4-H members in grades 10-12.  Members must fill out an application and interview for the Youth Council each fall.
