
4-H Clubs in Cass County - There are 17 4-H clubs in Cass County.
Enrollment Form - Iowa Code of Ethics If you are a new or returning 4-H member you may use this enrollment form to sign up for the new 4-H year. Please make sure you turn your enrollment form into your Club Leader. Also, be sure to sign the "Iowa Youth Code of Ethics" and "Medical Information/Release Form" along with your enrollment. These forms must have a parent or guardian signature as well.
Iowa Youth Code of Ethics - All Cass County 4-H'ers and their parents must sign a Code of Ethics at the beginning of the program year. The Code of Ethics is kept on file at the Extension Office.
Medical Information/Release Form - Beginning this fall, all 4-H members in Iowa must complete the Medical Information/Release Form. The original copy will be kept in the Cass County Extension Office. A copy will be provided to the club Organizational Leader to keep in the club's Risk Management Notebook.
Pick-a-Project Paper - The Pick-a-Project Paper has detailed descriptions of each of the 50+ projects you can enroll in. Use this to help you decide what project areas you want to enroll in this year.
4-H Compliance Report - The club leader and president must sign this form and turn it in with the club's enrollment information. This is due to the Extension Office November 1.
Club Program - 4-H leaders and officers should work together to develop a club program for the 4-H year. Once the program is complete, each member of the club should get a copy. The Extension Office needs a copy by November 1.
