WhY Science After School STEM Program
"To the Rescue: Engineering Aid Drop Packages"
Sponsored by Cass County Extension and Nishna Valley YMCA
Location: Atlantic Middle School Science Lab
Day & Time: Tuesdays from 3:30 to 5:00 PM
Session Schedule: October 6 through November 24
Become an engineer by designing and building an aid drop package. Test different materials and learn what it takes for a package to be dropped from an aircraft, protect what’s inside, and be easy to find once they reach the ground.
· Conduct hands-on experiments
· Investigate materials and items
· Design and have fun!
This program is available to youth in 4-6 grade. Please pre-register by following the link(s) below!
