Your Gude to the 2014 Farm Bill program meeting will be held on Tuesday, August 26th from 6:30 to 8:30 pm at the Templeton Community Center.  This program is Free and includes a meal at 6:00 pm.    ISU Extension and Outreach Farm Management Specialist, Shane Ellis, will be the guest speaker and his topics will include the 2014 Farm Bill overview, "new" crop insurance programs and sign-up, considerations for choosing insurance, FSA livestock program and conservation compliance.  To ensure adequate numbers for the meal, please call the Audubon County Extension office at 712-563-4239 to pre-register by August 22nd.
