ALL youth exhibiting any animals at the Carroll County Fair MUST be certified in the 4-H FSQA program. All trainings and tests will be held at the Extension Office.
Program Guidelines are as follows:

Grades 4-6 attend training annually

Grades 7-9 attend training annually or complete a test which will certify you until you reach 10th grade

Grade 10-12 attend training annually or complete a test which will certify you until you reach age 20
Testing Date: January 17th 4-6 pm
Training Dates: January 26th 5-7 pm
February 4th 1-3 pm postponed until Saturday, February 25th from 1-3 p.m.
